Shortages or Damages Must Be Reported Within 24 Hours of Receipt of Shipment to both ArroWhere Equipment Inc. and the third party carrier by the customer/buyer.
ArroWhere Equipment Inc. is Not Responsible for merchandise once in possession of third party carriers.
Assistance will be given wherever possible, however, notification must be given immediately to the carrier by the customer/buyer.
In order to Return Merchandise the customer/buyer must first obtain Agreement in writing from ArroWhere Equipment Inc.
ArroWhere Equipment Inc. reserves the right to assess a 20% restocking charge on any non-defective merchandise. In addition to this, all shipping costs must be paid by the customer/buyer*. Returns must occur within 30 days of receipt of goods. Original Invoice number or receipt must be provided. Returned goods must be in the same condition they left ArroWhere Equipment Inc. in order to be assessed and/or considered for a store credit or refund of any kind.*
